Information you choose to send
If you phone or email Axis, the practice receives the information you choose to provide. Use initial contact for a general description of your enquiry and the details needed to respond. Do not send urgent requests, detailed trauma histories, identification documents or extensive clinical records through ordinary email.
Website enquiry form
The enquiry form sends the information you enter through Resend, a transactional email provider, to info@axispsych.com.au. The form does not create a public profile or add your enquiry to a public website database. Resend processes the message, contact details and delivery information so it can reach Axis. Resend states that email data are retained for 30 days on standard plans. Its privacy policy also explains that personal information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States. Read the Resend privacy policy.
Technical information
This website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify and its network providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, request time and pages requested to operate, secure and improve the service. Netlify states that personal information may be processed outside the country where it was collected. Read the Netlify privacy policy. Axis does not use this website for behavioural advertising or third-party analytics.
Downloadable referral documents
Downloading a blank guide or referral form does not send clinical information to Axis. A completed referral form may contain sensitive information. Professional referrals and supporting documents can be emailed to info@axispsych.com.au. Referrers should use their organisation's secure email system where available and should not rely on email for urgent or crisis information.
Public resources
The handouts and worksheets are general, de-identified resources that are open to everyone. No account or login is required, and this area is not used for personalised treatment plans, clinical correspondence or records.
Clinical records and confidentiality
Psychological service records are handled separately from the public website. Before services begin, Axis explains consent, confidentiality, record keeping, communication with referrers and relevant limits or legal obligations. Arrangements may differ for young people, funded services and matters involving third parties.
Questions or concerns
Contact Axis Clinical Psychology at info@axispsych.com.au or (08) 9520 6129 with a privacy question. Do not include more personal information than is needed to identify the issue.
