Sustained pressure
Workload, responsibility or constant urgency that has begun to affect sleep, concentration, mood or relationships.
Perth CBD professionals
Senior, personally delivered therapy for professionals dealing with pressure, trauma, anxiety, health concerns, relationship strain or patterns that are not resolved by another set of coping tips.
Why professionals attend
People often seek help while still meeting deadlines, leading teams or looking after others. Therapy can address the immediate pressure while also making sense of the experiences and patterns beneath it.
This pathway is designed for people working across law, accounting, consulting, finance, resources, executive leadership and the public sector, as well as other professionals based in or travelling through central Perth.
Workload, responsibility or constant urgency that has begun to affect sleep, concentration, mood or relationships.
High standards that help you perform but make it difficult to switch off, recover from mistakes or feel that enough is enough.
Leadership problems, workplace investigations, moral injury, bullying concerns, redundancy or organisational change.
Worry, panic, avoidance, imposter feelings, fear of judgement or pressure around important decisions and presentations.
Occupational incidents, earlier trauma, illness, pain or treatment demands affecting how you function at work and outside it.
Relationship strain, grief, identity questions, alcohol or other coping patterns, or a sense that achievement is no longer resolving the problem.
How Brent works
Early sessions clarify the current problem, its context, relevant history, safety and what you want to change. Brent then develops a shared formulation rather than assuming that everyone with the same symptom needs the same treatment.
The work may include focused behavioural and cognitive strategies, trauma treatment, or attention to longstanding relational and emotional patterns. Sessions remain purposeful without reducing the problem to work performance alone.
The practice is based at 44 St Georges Terrace, central to major CBD workplaces and the legal precinct. Telehealth can reduce travel when attending in person is impractical.
